How do I clean my BÉIS bags?
For most of our bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For our hardside rollers, a simple wipe down with a gentle cleanser will keep the polycarbonate shell looking brand new.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Do your carry-ons fit in overhead bins?
Our standard Carry-On Roller is designed to fit in the overhead bins of most major domestic and international airlines. However, we always recommend checking with your specific carrier for their latest size requirements.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand by the quality of our luggage. Our hardside rollers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in wheels, handles, and zippers.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to several countries including Canada, the UK, and Australia. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
